MONUMENTAL 26.5 ROYAL DUX ART NOUVEAU DIAPHANOUS LADY VASE or STICK STAND c1900. I offer a monumental 26 1/2 inch tall Royal Dux Art Nouveau porcelain vase or walking stick/ umbrella stand c1900. The vase of tapering square profile centred with a elegant diaphanous lady in period attire holding grapes, her outstretched right hand grappling for further vines, the square vase raised above four faceted columnar supports with an inset central drum moulded in low relief with bacchanalian scenes of Children and bearing the incised signature THON. The upper body further fancifully moulded, applied and festooned with fruiting vines as shown.

This lot stands 26 1/2 inches tall, it has Pink Pad triangle mark under the base.
