Wardle Arts and Crafts Pottery Liberty & Co Frederick Rhead Hadcote Vase Nouveau

This is a very attractive Wardle Pottery vase made for Liberty & Co and designed by Frederick Rhead. This piece is decorated in the well known Hadcote pattern. I have not had this shape before. It is pure Art Nouveau and leands itself perfectly for the hand tubed sinous stylised floral decoration. It is in good condition generally. There have been small glaze flakes touched in to the rim, as seen in the images. This range is prone to flaking. This is a very good example.
